Is it a passion? Yes! I simply love food–growing it, preparing it, cooking it, traveling to find it, and yes eating it.
I've been to culinary school, cooked for titled people and millionaires and then our family of eight (you read that right, 8) children! I believe in fresh food, made from scratch in most cases, and I love the flavors and satisfaction of using foods in season, locally grown, and hand crafted. The tips and tricks I've picked up along the way are shared here.
